# Classification

> The Classification object in Vantage JSON output: stores the class name and ID assigned to a document when a Classification skill is applied.

If a Classification skill has been applied, the JSON file will include a **Classification** object. This object will retain the name and ID of the class assigned to the document. The class defines the type of the document.

## Classification

| Property | Type | Description |
| :- | :- | :- |
| `IsResultClassConfident` | `Boolean` | This flag indicates the confidence of the assigned class. |
| `ResultClass` | `String` | The ID of the assigned class. |
| `ResultClassName` | `String` | The name of the assigned class. |
| `ClassConfidences` | `ClassificationConfidence []` | The list of all the classes available in the applied Classification skill, together with classification confidence. |

## ClassificationConfidence

| Property | Type | Description |
| :- | :- | :- |
| `Class` | `String` | The ID of the class. |
| `ClassName` | `String` | The name of the class. |
| `Confidence` | `Integer` | Classification confidence. |

If no Classification skill has been applied, there will be no **Classification** object in the scheme.
