# SourceFile

> A source file used as input to the document — name and parameters.

`SourceFile` represents a single file used as input to the document being processed. Use it to access the file's name and any associated parameters.

## Properties

| Name | Type | Access level | Description |
| :- | :- | :- | :- |
| **Name** | string | Read-only | The name of the source file. |
| **Parameters** | Record\<string, [Parameter](/vantage/documentation/skill-designer/document/rule-verification/parameter)> | Read-only | A dictionary mapping source file parameter names to their [`Parameter`](/vantage/documentation/skill-designer/document/rule-verification/parameter) values. |
